On the 5th of May at 11:30 - 21:30 all international visitors can attend the Delegation Tour including the Networking Reception. 

Join an exclusive delegation tour around Funen, Denmark, where you can discover our maritime ecosystem.

Get a deeper understanding of the maritime ecosystem on Funen and why Funen — and especially Svendborg — is a national epicenter for new maritime technology.

PROGRAM

11.30-12.15 Arrival, lunch and networking
Upon arrival guest can settle in, have sandwiches while networking. Prepare for a day exploring Funen’s maritime ecosystem.

14.00-16.15 Visit to Maersk Training
We continue to Maersk Training, where participants will be introduced to world‑class simulation‑based training environments. As part of A.P. Møller‑Mærsk, Maersk Training delivers advanced training solutions for customers in the maritime, wind, and oil & gas
industries.


12.15-12.30 Bus departure
We board the bus and head out for a series of company visits at leading maritime organisations. On board the bus there will be an introduction to the maritime ecosystem by CEO of BlueTech Center, Lars Ahrendtsen.

16.15-19.00 Visit to Odense Port and Large Structure
Production (LSP)
During this visit, there will be a presentation by Tuco Marine Group and Large Structure Production (LSP), followed by a guided tour of the port. Here, participants will experience Odense port up close and gain insight into the scale, operations, and daily life of this expansive
industrial area. Discover what happens behind the gates, and see firsthand what happens at Denmark’s largest industrial
port.


12.30-14.00 Visit to SH Group
We will visit SH Group, a leading supplier of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical solutions for the maritime sector, as well as the Defence, Energy, and Marine Electrification industries. During the visit, guests will gain a unique insight into their technologies.

19.00-21.30 Maritime Networking Reception
The day concludes with a relaxed dinner together with key maritime stakeholders. The reception takes place at Pakhuset, a
charming waterfront venue that provides the perfect setting for informal networking and good conversations.
