It is BlueTech Center’s goal to protect your personal information and data.

According to Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation, we must provide you with several information when we receive information about you.

We collect and store your data in relation to the BlueTech Event 2026 exhibition. This policy explains the way we collect, handle, and ensure protection of all personal data provided, how that information is used and what rights you have in relation to your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Provide you with information about BlueTech Event 2026 and your stand before, during and after the event.
• Process your application for exhibiting at BlueTech Event 2026.
• Provide you with your ordered stand and potential other equipment at BlueTech Event 2026.

The legal basis for the processing of information when you visit the website Book a Stand for BlueTech Event 2026 (enalyzer.com) is the EU Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, subsection 1, litra e.

For the event ’BlueTech Event 2026’ we collect data regarding

• Contact information; name, e-mail, phone number, company name, company address, website, and social media sites.

4. Recipients of your personal data

The data collected will be shared with Compass Fairs.

Compass Fairs will be responsible for installation, dismantle and transportation of the stands and ordered equipment, wherefore they will have to know how many stands to install and where for which organizations at the BlueTech Event 2026.

Furthermore, data will be passed on to authorities or police to the extent required by law if there is the necessary legal basis for this.

Your personal data will not be used for any automated decision-making including profiling.

5. Where your personal data comes from

We collect your personal data directly from you on the website enalyzer.com. The information that we collect from you will be data that you yourself enter on the website. The data entered will not be available for any other visitors except from BlueTech Center and Compass Fairs will have the data shared. Therefore, no data will be collected, besides from those you enter yourself.

6. Storage of your personal data

We store your personal data for 1 year in relation to the BlueTech Event 2026. The information will be stored on BlueTech Center’s Enalyzer profile, where only contracted personal has access.

 

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information concerning you:

Right of access:

• You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process, as well as a range of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction):

• You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure:

• In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time for our general deletion occurs.

Right to restriction of processing:

• In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information – except for storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

• In certain cases, you have the right to object to the way in which we process your personal data.

Right to transmit information:

• In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
